- Developing the marketing plan of the perimeter (Iberia) consistently with strategies and priorities – by Segment.
- Aligning – while influencing – the local Sales organization on the country marketing plan execution.
- Tracking performance and building mitigation plans to respect assigned target (volume growth) linked to the commercial plan.
- Working as a team with Segment and TE to execute innovations launch – training of Sales, pricing, targeted customers, marcomm, dedicated initiatives i.e. customer event, experts forum, digital and traditional adv campaign – and achieve country target (innovation sales).
- Building the pricing strategy of the country – value-proposition price, incentive models (to assure Sales’ agility in addressing customers’ request while stimulating the growth) – to maximize profits, be agile towards the Sales organization and balance customer satisfaction.
- Improving Gross Margin thanks to an accurate and proactive analysis of costs (logistics, supply chain) and product mix (simplification, value-proposition), and topline growth plans.
- Reviewing performance during periodical meetings with the Organization (Leadership Team, Sales, …).
- Coordinating with the PLM team on the product portfolio management: In/Out depending on regulation, shortages, simplification/rationalization.
- Developing and executing the communication plan.
- Shaping the A&P budget respecting the commercial priorities. Set and achieve strategic goals related to social media metrics, advertising, and marketing campaign initiatives.
- Being the owner – with the Divisional Manager – of the local organization thanks to full accountability and reliability.
- Acting as liaison with various areas of the organization to ensure targets.
- Support Sales in new business development initiatives.
- 5+ years experience in Marketing and Sales, preferably in a B2B environment
- Proven experience in building and executing a commercial plan (incl. pricing management).
- Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing.
- High competence in project and stakeholder management (cross-functional projects management).
- Excellent interpersonal skills combined with an assertive communication to influence and drive the organization.
- Effective time management skills and ability to multitask.
- Well-structured and organized working manner
- Attention to detail and proven analytical ability.
- Ability to adapt to complex organizational structures.
