- Participate in the recruitment and selection process, providing support in posting job vacancies, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with potential candidates.
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees, liaising directly with the management, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and providing the necessary tools and information for successful integration.
- Maintain and update information related to the workforce, especially employee records, including personal data, vacations, salaries and payroll, absences, and changes in position.
- Support in performance evaluation and the development of individual development plans.
- Manage and keep updated information and records of the workforce regarding occupational health and safety.
- Serve as a point of contact for day-to-day inquiries from employees regarding company policies and procedures, providing guidance and issue resolution.
- Collaborate in the monthly payroll process, reviewing and managing time records, monthly modifications, and salary benefits.
- Collaborate in organizational development initiatives, such as training and development programs, performance evaluation, and succession plans.
- Manage internal communications, formal and informal, through the established channels.
- Contribute to promoting a positive organizational culture through internal communication initiatives, events, and engagement activities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Capability to work independently and in a team.
- Adaptability and willingness to work in a dynamic environment.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good digital competencies.
- Knowledge of labor legislation and human resources regulations.
- Education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or another related field.
