You'll be part of a team that's collaborative, values input and empowers your development.All about the jobWe are seeking a customer focused, friendly person to work on a casual on-call basis at Arena Fitness Centre.This role will embrace your passion for creating a fantastic customer experience and provide you with a dynamic and friendly team.You will be responsible for:

carrying out fitness assessments and setting effective exercise programmes to assist our members to achieve their fitness goals
confirming new memberships and completing new member inductions
providing tours of the gym premises
ensuring our Arena Fitness Centre is tidy, well presented and operating at a high level
answering customer enquiries, and confirming membership
covering at reception
completing general administrative tasks including updating membership records and members files.

All about youYou will have worked in the health and fitness industry as an engaging and motivating fitness trainer. You'll need to show us that you:

have a tertiary qualification in Exercise Science or Health and Fitness at Level 4 Personal Training or higher
have great communication skills and thrive on motivating others to achieve their goals
have a current first aid certificate
have demonstrated initiative and are able work unsupervised and in a team
always provide a high level of customer service and communication skills
are a team player, and a willingness to pull together to get the work done.
