If you are passionate, curious, and collaborative, come and join our dynamic team in Novara/Trecate.Job DescriptionYour opportunityAs Kering Finance Inventory Control Support for Italy, you will report to the Inventory Controller.How you will contributeManage accounting warehouses master data and check their correct handlingKnow and control the process that determines the average value of the itemsEach monthly closure, to determine the inventory value, applying the depreciation criteria, and prepare the balance sheet entries to be transferred to the General AccountPrepare and share the monthly reporting for movement and enhancement of the warehouse with each DivisionKnow and monitor logistics flows in relation to orders, supplier orders, customer orders and assignmentsCoordinate with customer service to create sales orders between intercompany companiesCoordinate with warehouse staff for the physical inventory and align the accounting warehouse with the physical inventory data for cycle counting and end of the year stock take.Keep track of the discrepancies found and send reports to warehouse managersConsultancy activities for brand users involved in handling and production progressBe involved in the preparation and procedures for planning inventories at subcontractors and in the verification of any discrepancies that have emerged and make the related inventory entriesWho you areYou have a degree in Economics or a diploma in AccountingYou have at least a former experience in the roleAn independent, flexible and reliable team player with solid analytical and organizational skillsA proactive person who is able to regularly meet tough deadlines and handle a high volume of tasksExpert in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point)Knowledge of SAP and Access will be consider as nice to haveInvenYou have a good knowledge of Italian and English, both written and spokenWhy work with us?This is an excellent opportunity to join the Kering adventure in a moment of extraordinary growth, and become part of a dynamic team in a global Luxury group that offers endless possibilities to learn and grow.
