- Prioritize customer satisfaction, striving to deliver exceptional engagement experiences and capitalize on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, in collaboration with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers.
- Present competitive offerings and solutions tailored to customer needs, demonstrating the value and potential of our technologies both verbally and in writing.
- Convert prospects and qualified leads into revenue-generating opportunities by assessing criteria such as budget, authority, need, and timeline.
- Exceed targets for net new revenue and sales pipeline, with goals such as contacting 200 leads and creating 30 opportunities per month, while maintaining high daily activity levels.
- Utilize various communication channels including social media, digital platforms, video, chat, and phone to effectively connect with, sell to, and manage customers.
- Gather customer feedback and communicate it back to the business to inform product and service improvements, acting as the voice of the customer.
- Native in Flemish
- C1 proficiency in English
- 1-2 years of experience in IT sales, demonstrating a track record of success in sales account management or customer management roles.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite applications and Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems like Dynamics 365, Salesforce, etc.
