- Degree in Accounting essential.
- Minimum 3 years working experience as a Stock Accountant.
- Record daily GRV’s/IBT/Manufacturing on Sage Partner/Evolution (Evolution experience a strong advantage).
- Daily stock count verification on all sites.
- Daily stock count reporting to management on all sites.
- Track all stock with procurement and sale from receiving to despatch.
- Vet all source documents weekly/monthly in regard to stock movements.
- Monthly and weekly stock takes with reconciliations of any variances.
- Monthly clear off invalid outstanding sales orders/proformas and purchase orders.
