We are seeking a dedicated individual with a background in accounting or finance to support financial management initiatives and provide expert assistance in developer contribution calculations. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and manage a local governments Developer Contributions registers. Provide guidance and support to customers and internal stakeholders Reporting enhancements and financial planning processes for Annual Budget and Long-Term Financial Plan. Essential Requirements: Possession of tertiary qualifications (or in progress) in accounting or finance-related discipline. Strong knowledge and practical experience in applying accounting policies and procedures. Exceptional research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on reconciliation. Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities. Expertise in Microsoft Office applications, particularly financial spreadsheets. Proven track record of working effectively within a team environment. Ability to prioritize tasks and consistently meet deadlines. Desirable Skills: Familiarity with Environmental Planning & Assessment Act, 1979 Experience using Civica Authority application and Budget Software.
