Our mission is to ensure our users are not only satisfied but also enthusiastic enough to recommend our tool to others.About the RoleWe are seeking a talented UX Designer for a critical project-based role to enhance and redesign our existing desktop web application. You will start from our current design materials and work towards creating a sleek, intuitive interface that facilitates easy navigation and promotes user engagement. This role involves the complete UX design process, from conceptualization to final hand-off to engineering.Responsibilities

Review and analyze existing design materials, identifying areas for improvement.
Conceptualize and design a modern, minimalist user interface for the desktop web application using Figma.
Create smart, intuitive user flows and interactions to ensure a seamless, frictionless experience that minimizes user confusion and maximizes engagement.
Collaborate closely with the technical team, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure UX designs align with overall project goals and technical feasibility.
Collect and incorporate feedback from stakeholders and early users to refine and iterate on design solutions, ensuring a user-centric approach.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest UX trends and user feedback to continuously improve the platform.

Reporting Line and Team Management

This position reports to the founding team.
This is an individual contributor role and you will collaborate closely with the engineering team.

Requirements

Proven experience in UX design, particularly in creating modern, minimalist interfaces, supported by a strong portfolio of relevant projects.
Expertise in using Figma for UI/UX design.
Strong understanding of the principles of good user experience design and the ability to implement them to create intuitive user interfaces.
Excellent communication skills and the capability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical team members.
Demonstrated ability to lead UX projects from conception to completion, ideally within a startup environment.

Must-haves

A strong portfolio showcasing your UX design work, particularly on modern, minimalist interfaces.
Proficiency in Figma.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
English Proficiency.
