For more information, visit marshmclennan.com, or follow us on LinkedIn and X.Marsh McLennan is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Singapore or Malaysia office:Talent Acquisition Global Programs ManagerWhat can you expect?Embark on a journey of career growth and acceleration with an award-winning Fortune 500 company.Unparalleled opportunity to be part of a dynamic Global Program Office at Marsh McLennan.Exceptional training and development initiatives as well as exposure to a wide range of learning avenues that you can tap on to reach your full potential.What is in it for you?As Talent Acquisition Global Programs Manager, you will work to help develop and drive the future state strategy of the TA infrastructure.You will be responsible for building globally consistent action plans which execute global and regional initiatives and develop change management strategies, helping Talent Acquisition to deliver on our strategic vision.You will manage complex projects across multiple regions and time zones and will be responsible for ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget.We will count on you to:Collaborate with business leaders to address operational and organizational challenges, identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions to enhance processes and policies in alignment with organizational goals.Develop and oversee project plans and timelines for complex, global projects.Coordinate project activities across multiple regions and time zones, ensuring effective communication and engagement among stakeholders.Ensure timely delivery of project deliverables that meet quality standards and stay within budget.Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.Lead project implementation efforts, aligning them with the overall People Function Strategy.Drive change by challenging the status quo and envisioning the future state.Continuously evaluate current processes and workflows, exploring alternative approaches for future-state implementation.Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including business leaders, technical teams, and external vendors, to ensure project goals are achieved.Interview, consult, and influence stakeholders to gain support and understanding for organizational transformation.Coordinate and facilitate regular group meetings and ad hoc project meetings as necessary.What you need to have:Demonstrated excellence in project management, including the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.In-depth knowledge of the project delivery lifecycle.Experience working effectively with virtual teams and across various levels of the organization.Strong collaboration skills, working closely with cross-functional teams, including business leaders, technical teams, and external vendors.Ability to navigate and work across multiple geographies and time zones, ensuring solutions strike a balance between global consistency and local requirements.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong analytical skills, capable of comprehending, documenting, assessing, and improving complex business processes.Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.What makes you stand out:A passion for excellenceExperience of working within a Human Resources/Talent Acquisition environmentPrior experience in Global Project Management and Delivery within Professional or Financial ServicesMarsh McLennan is committed to creating a diverse, inclusive, and flexible work environment.
