- Client Onboarding activities for our UK employees including background check initiation, re-screening and overall client onboarding process supervision
- Ensuring background check compliance as per Capco policies and various client requirements
- Daily communication and close cooperation with HR colleagues, Capco employees, client representatives and background check provider
- Requesting & collecting supporting documentation needed for successful onboarding
- Covering the onboarding process from an administrative perspective
- Employee data management (HR database)
- Supporting our UK HR team with ad hoc tasks
- Fluent English is a must
- Previous HR / Onboarding / Coordination experience is strongly appreciated
- MS Office skills (MS Excel, Outlook)
- Communication skills
- Able to prioritise tasks accordingly
- Time flexibility
- Attention to detail (data quality)
- Strong ability to work within an international environment and be focused on providing a high quality of service to the client
