- Ensure the optimal development of the auction platform.
- Find cross border traders to participate in the online auctions and onboard them.
- Farming the portfolio of traders and foster the competition and level of purchases.
- Ensure the CRM is diligently maintained and that all clients are compliant with SCF policies.
- Coordinate the sales flow between the different entities adding cars to the global platform.
- Establish an optimal sales routine and scheduling based on offer and demand.
- Monitor the creation, running phase and vehicle awarding processes.
- Ongoing assessment of each channel’s sales performance and optimization of channels.
- Be the main point of contact for XBR dealers, traders auction houses or third party sellers.
- Follow up due payments.
- Manage aftersales claims.
- Close interaction with the Operations team for client issues related to logistics suppliers (transport companies, compounds…) and with the rest of the Remarketing department and local Remarketing departments.
- At least 4 year-experience in a similar position within professional sales and/or Remarketing;
- Experience in international commerce is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree (undergraduate programme completed) or equivalent;
- Advanced level of English and Knowledge of additional European languages (French, German, Italian…)
