Sales Manager is in charge of the Sales team within a defined region. Sales Manager is accountable for ensuring the Sales team has effective customer relations, develops sales opportunities for growth, and assures market penetration and profitability, achieving sales and profit forecasts. Complete account planning and forecasting, analyze reports on business, and lead performance of the Sales team.Responsibilities
? Plan, organize and manage Sales regions. Preparation of Sales Forecast and execution of Sales targets
? Implementation of Sales plans for the territory and achieve sales Booking and Revenue targets
? Actively develop and target new business/Sales opportunities within the marketplace
? Identify problems, answer questions, develop partnerships, implement efficient solutions, and overcome challenges to produce successful outcomes
? Identification of new Key Accounts, distributors/channel partners and direct Sales opportunities
? Responsible for distributor management and direct sales, including accounts reconciliation
? Awareness of new products in the market
? Pipeline, FCST and sales orders data entry into NetSuite Sales system
? Efficiently and proactively lead Sales Representative's performance through regular review & company process, etc.
? Ensure Sales team alignment with company procedures and policies
? Continually measure personal and Sales team success against business plans making crucial challenges, and decisions to successfully deliver, or exceed plan expectations
? Lead the Sales team to drive sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly Sales targets and expand business
? Manage the Sales team to maintain customer and end user relationships
? Leverage available resources to meet customer needs and work effectively
? Develop talents and build high performing teamRequirements(任职要求)
  • At least 5 years sales experience
  • Strong Sales management experience, channel management background and leadership abilities
  • Must be results oriented, assertive, self-motivated, possess strong organizational skills to be able to achieve goals consistently
  • Good presentation skills to be able to influence multiple levels at customer's organization
  • Good negotiation skills to close sales
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to communicate effectively
  • Good analysis business planning skills
  • High energy, team player and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent oral and written English
