- Collaborate with company's GSBs for timely month-end processes.
- Handle Inventory Accounting and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Review reconciliations, contribute to timely financial information delivery, and monitor key reconciliations proactively.
- Support finance projects, cost savings initiatives, and provide assistance as required.
- Prepare business unit financial statements (local and corporate) and issue relevant reports.
- Assist in annual budgeting, consolidation, and contribute to group forecasting.
- Prepare audit packs and participate in internal and external audits.
- Assist in Balance Sheet Review and support the Asset verification process.
- Provide corporate and local accounting information to the tax team for the preparation of monthly, annual income tax and Transfer Pricing Study.
- Support in the explanations of accounting account variations for tax and local entities.
- Adhere to company standards, financial policies, and act as a contact for external auditing requirements.
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting or Business discipline.
- Professional designation such as CA, CMA, or CPA is advantageous.
- 5 years of post-graduate experience in accounting or finance (or related discipline).
- Experience in a large, global business in a similar role.
- Proficient in Excel; SAP S4 Hana experience is a plus.
- In-depth Functional/Industry Knowledge is beneficial.
- Previous experience in an auditing firm is preferred.
- Full working proficiency in Spanish.
- Able to work from 9PM to 6AM.
