Location: Hastings, Nebraska
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7 AM - 3 PM
Pay: $18/hour
As a Die Cutter Pre-Make Ready Operator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of cutting die machinery by performing preparatory duties. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help minimize downtime and maximize productivity.Responsibilities of the Die Cutter Pre-Make Ready Operator:
Placing rubber in appropriate places on new dies.
Selecting and applying correct type and size of cito.
Building stripping and blanking units in pre-make ready tables.
Cleaning and preparing finished counter plates for re-use.
Performing rub tests and score bend tests as needed.
Keeping accurate records and completing all required forms.
Ordering new dies as requested by Die Cutter operators.
Qualifications for the Die Cutter Pre-Make Ready Operator position:
High school diploma or GED.
Minimum of one year of related experience in manufacturing or machine operation preferred.
Ability to read, write and comprehend documents and verbal instructions in English.
Strong communication skills and ability to effectively present information.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
