  • You will be critical to the product function, as you will be performing a lead role in ideating Casino game concepts and themes in collaboration with other game designers and mathematicians.
  • You will be part of a team in delivering high quality Casino games to the market by strong collaboration with our game producers, designers, animators, sound designers, mathematicians and software engineers experts.
What you'll do
  • Ideate Casino game concepts having always in mind the wider Product strategy.
  • Pitch new insights to the team/hold brainstorming sessions.
  • Fully accountable for new feature evaluations and keeping a competitive games portfolio.
  • Participate in creation and review of original math models, new game themes, and concepts for Casino games (Slots, Table, Other).
  • Participates in collaboration sessions regarding game, interface, animation, sound, and art style.
  • Innovate and improve leading game mechanics and ideas for new game products.
  • As a Game Designer, you will ultimately be responsible for the mechanics and dynamics of the Casino games produced across our studio(s).
  • Engages with the commercial team to understand market conditions and requirements.
What you'll bring
  • A proven track record as a Game Designer, or similar role in the Casino Gaming industry.
  • Narrative skills.
  • A customer-first mindset.
  • Understanding of systems, mechanics and feature design.
  • Comfortable with Excel/spreadsheets.
  • A proactive self-starter attitude, with excellent collaboration skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire internal teams & stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment.
  • A high degree of individual initiative, and personal accountability
