- Installing, commissioning, maintaining, optimizing, and repairing sensor-based sorters at TOMRA Recycling installation bases.
- Ensuring maximum performance of TOMRA sorting systems in the field, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective communication and support.
- Optimizing sorting systems/processes through sampling and testing.
- Identifying opportunities to add value to our customers' businesses by introducing complementary TOMRA products, solutions, and services.
- Serving as a liaison between customers and Headquarters, gathering and providing market feedback to continuously improve customer service and identify new opportunities.
- Completed secondary technical school (FP2) or higher with a specialization in electrician/electronics, automatics, industrial maintenance, or a related field.
- Reside within approximately 200 km radius of Alicante's main airport.
- Willingness to travel 80% or more within southeastern Spain and occasional trips to Portugal, with a flexible schedule.
- Work experience in an industrial environment with a focus on on-site preventive and curative maintenance would be a big plus.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in computer programs, PC configuration, network structures.
- A certain talent for communication when dealing with people - in our case these are customers.
- Native in Spanish and proficient in English.
- Full clean driving license required.
- Knowledge of recycling processes is a plus.
