- Coordinate and manage the processes involved with the raw materials.
- Participate in the homologation process at a global level of new suppliers or new raw materials ensuring that they meet all the regulatory specifications and requirements before their use in manufacturing processes.
- Control of different legislations at a raw material level (REACH, CLP, IFRA, Cosmetic Regulation…).
- Coordination of supplier's campaigns to obtain updated information regarding new legislations.
- Continuous interaction with suppliers.
- Coordination with internal stakeholders such as quality control, procurement, purchasing or manufacturing teams.
- Ensure that all the raw materials' documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible for regulatory inspections and audits.
- Continuously improve Eurofragance's Regulatory Systems to optimize and simplify processes.
- Review and update Regulatory Database.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, desirable with knowledge in fragrances related legislations.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Chemistry, Biology or other related scientific field.
- English: High - Written & Spoken
