- Experience on user support and 1st line technical support
- Knowledge on Microsoft Windows, Apple MacOS and Apple iOS operating systems
- Knowledge on online meeting tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Skype or others
- Basic networking skills such as DNS, DHCP, IP or RADIUS
- Basic understanding of network infrastructures like switch, router, firewall or patch
- Good organizational skills, autonomy and proactivity
- Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Available for a on-site working model in Lisbon
- Bachelor's degree or Professional Course in Informatics, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or similar.
