To this end, we are seeking candidates who will contribute to the continuous improvement of our team, both through teaching and through learning.We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:Taking responsibility of the ui designs by ensuring quality and scope expectations are metDeveloping user stories working solo or pairing with a Business Analyst / Product OwnerTaking responsibility of user testing (ux) and make sure that we deliver value to our customersCreating screen flows to represent customer journeys in a mobile applicationExperience using tools like MIRO to visually represent those journeysWorking closely with developers to make sure the development meets the UX/UI expectationsEXPERIENCE+3 years of related experience.EDUCATIONUniversity degree in technology, preferably in computer science.SKILLS & KNOWLEDGEGood communication skills, able to conduct interviews, present results, workshops…Work with business and product teams to plan, research design and build mobile and web experiencesDevelop personas, user scenarios, user flows, UI wireframes, prototypesConduct user research and testing with various methods and formatsHas interest in leading industry software like Sketch and InvisionGood creative industry experienceEager to learn and improve within the fields of UX and testingSelf-motivated with good interpersonal skills to work effectively as a team memberOTHER INFORMATIONEnglish at least C1Availability to travel if needed.If you want to know more about us, visit our website
