- Attend to customer questions, complaints and concerns immediately and facilitate satisfactory resolution.
- Effectively present, discuss and/or address customer concerns and requests in a way that conveys an image of quality and superior understanding of customer needs.
- Manage calls professionally, efficiently and with good communication skills.
- Research answers to questions using a variety of manuals and resources
- At least High School Graduate.
- With six months BPO experience (any account)
- Willing to work onsite in Makati on shifting schedule.
- Proficient in Spanish language, both written and spoken. Average to Good English communication skill
