As a responsible asset manager, we actively invest for the long-term to help our clients, our people and the world to prosper.As a future Asset Management Analyst, you will report to the Head of Asset Management and Sector Lead Retail and Healthcare and you will be part of AXA IM Alts RE - Asset Management.DISCOVER your opportunityJob Purpose: Contribute to the management and value creation of the Iberia portfolio of properties, by giving support to asset managers and ESG local lead in their day-to-day work, especially focused on data management and quality, assistance to deliver presentations (notably asset reviews), and reporting to internal and external stakeholders.The analyst will support a dynamic Asset Management team based in Madrid, being responsible for:- Help Asset Management team members in day-to-day job tasks/compliance with deadlines.- Financial modelling: Set-up financial models (DCF) and quality of financial modelling (Excel/Anaplan/other).- Powerpoint presentations: responsible for drafting yearly asset review presentations across sectors, monitored by senior AM team members, and contribute to sector presentations as required by team.- Data management: collection and analysis of all information related to Real Estate assets, which may include technical, financial, legal, tax, ESG and commercial data. Ensure data quality, compliance with internal guidelines, and consistency of data across tools/sources (notably coherence between management vs financial reporting).- Reporting: assist in building and following up budget and cashflow models (Excel/Anaplan), interacting with property managers/other partners or suppliers to ensure all required input is included (Revenues, Service Charges, Capex, …).- Monitoring asset performance: review, analyse and challenge regular KPIs and P&L provided by operators/tenants. Attend business review meetings and actively support Asset Management and Sector Lead on performance monitoring and contributing with ideas to enhance performance.- ESG: Assist local ESG lead in preparation of strategies and deployment of tasks, consolidation/management of data at Iberia level (Deepki tool), and preparation of ad-hoc presentations and data packs for internal/external entities (LEED, BREEAM, GRESB, etc.).- Transactions: Assist team in onboarding and disposal of assets, being responsible to collect and organize all documentation for data rooms.- Other responsibilities:
  • Perform other Asset Management tasks and projects as assigned from time to time.
  • Coordinate with third party consultants.
  • Contribute to the implementation of the marketing and letting strategy.
  • Contribute to the supervision of property management issues.
  • Contribute to the monitoring of refurbishment or development programs.
  • Support investment underwritings led by the Acquisitions teams.
  • Provide analytical and presentation support on ad hoc strategic / managerial topics.
  • Monitor external valuations, asset KPI’s and contribute to investor reporting.

  • Degree educated in business or Real Estate
  • Surveying qualification (e.g. RICS) is a plus
  • 2-5 years working in the Real Estate sector for an investment manager / property company / letting or investment agent / professional advisory firm.
Your knowledges and skills
  • Excellent level of Excel and Powerpoint
  • Good understanding of Real Estate market dynamics, especially in Spain (Portugal a plus)
  • Good understanding of financial modelling related to Real Estate investments
  • Fluent in Spanish & English (oral and written), French/Portuguese will be a plus
  • Experience in reporting tools (Anaplan, Deepki, Yardi, Tableau) a plus.
