- As Field Service Engineer, you will be installing and maintaining access control equipment and related hardware nationwide, as well as elsewhere in Europe.
- Troubleshooting to resolve hardware issues to ensure equipment adheres to relevant specifications and standards.
- Providing timely scheduled maintenance to equipment across customer sites.
- Providing training sessions on equipment operation to clients and internal staff.
- Maintaining good paperwork and record keeping of work carried out and stock levels.
- Collaborating with the hardware team to evaluate new products to determine suitability and room for improvement.
- For this Field Service Engineer job, you will need experience working with similar equipment and will be skilled with electronic hardware maintenance/repair.
- You will have a clean drivers license and will be available for routine travel abroad.
- Excellent industry experience.
