Accounting Specialist

- Respond to vendor and customer inquiries
- Reconcile vendor and customer statements, research and correct discrepancies
- Assist in month end closing
- Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
- Assist with other projects as needed
- Coordinate the communication between the accounting functions in Europe and internal & external parties
- Min. 3 year experience of Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
- University diploma required
- E-invoice, E-ledger experience is a plus
- Must be able to follow standard filing procedures
- Proficient in Excel , SAP experience is preferred
- Good command in English
