- Create comprehensive Project plans outlining timelines and deliverables for each new customer onboarding or expansion to a new market.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Customer Success, IT, Engineering, Finance) and customers to ensure alignment and accountability.
- Monitor Project progress, identify and communicate potential risks or obstacles, and implement mitigation strategies to keep initiative on track.
- Document standard and market specific process and technology flows.
- Be the point person at EVA Global to facilitate communication and collaboration between various stakeholders involved, ensuring alignment with overall objectives from pre-sales to the service rollout.
- Foster a culture of teamwork and accountability to drive collective success across all stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical escalations during onboarding, providing expert-level support to resolve complex technical issues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with each customer, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their technical needs.
- Implement processes for efficiently triaging, prioritizing, and resolving project related issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Demonstrated the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their technical needs.
- Strong organizational and Project management skills to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and deliverables across various markets and regions effectively.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Strong e-mobility industry knowledge, including broad understanding of CPO and eMSP business use cases.
- Experience in managing SaaS related projects, including third-party integrations; knowledge of technical protocols such as OCPP and OCPI is a plus.
- Good knowledge in agile methodologies for software development preferably with hands-on experience in Jira and Confluence.
- Adaptable to tailor strategies and approaches according to market-specific needs and changes in project requirements.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
