Maintain close coordination with all tracker service providers to ensure system uptime and accuracy of data
Reconcile data with tracker service providers
Coordinate with internal users and resolve any user complaints which may arise acting as a liason between user and tracker service provider
Remain involved and support in coordination with all stakeholder during development of new tracker related initiatives and deployment of tracker related projects
Close coordination with tracker service providers and users in the case of vehicle theft and support in the recovery operations of the vehicle
Reporting
Ensure timely extraction of standard reports and provide said reports to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner
Support in the development of custom reports which may be required by stakeholders from time to time
Monitoring and Maintenance
Monitor all tracker related data and identify discrepencies for rectification.
Maintain close watch of system and hardware uptime and schedule needed maintenance with the tracker vendor when requiredPURPOSE:Managing the complete Fleet Tracker related services including Driver Monitoring and Pool App. This position is responsible for complete coordination, both internal and external, with all stakeholders ensuring monitoring of the complete KE fleet, both owned and hired, issuance of relevant reports, management of complaints, etc. This position shall be the central focal point for all tracker related information and data used for the purpose of evaluating fleet related efficiencies, performance, and investigations. This position is also responsible for the deployment of any tracker related initiatives and projects which may be taken upon by the Logistics department.EDUCATION & RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:Bachelors degree with minimum 5 years (preferrably 3) of hands on tracker experience.AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:Coordination with Stakeholders:
