- Onboard new partners and ensure timely review of contracts
- Utilize knowledge of the organization’s business model and operations to drive projects and create analyses
- Create and leverage metrics to monitor performance across team and ensure efficient execution of work
- Analyze monthly results and investigate as needed
- Recognize staff potential and guide employees in developing skills by recommending appropriate training and sources of information.
- Build an environment for team effectiveness, where strengths are leveraged and knowledge is shared to expand capacity
- Prioritize team morale, celebrating team accomplishments
- Establish strong working relationships with business partners across various teams

- Apply understanding of the policies, practices, trends and information that impact the organization and its customers
- Ad-hoc projects as the need arises
- Bachelor’s degree in related field such as Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years professional Accounting, Finance or Audit experience, Public Accounting experience is a plus
- Broad depth of knowledge of the accounting principles for one or more fields (e.g. GAAP, Cost Accounting, Tax Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing)
- Broad understanding of regulatory requirements and financial accounting standards (e.g. IFRS, FASB, SEC)
- 2-3 years applicable people management experience
- Innovative thinker with ability to recommend unique solutions to address problems
- Professional “can do” work ethic, with the ability to handle many conflicting tasks
- Capable of building solid relationships with internal and external partners
- Experience working with cross functional teams across domestic and international time zones
- Receptive and adaptive to a constantly evolving business environment while maintaining focus on key business goals and objectives
- Advanced Excel skills with experience of handling large and complex data sets
- Strong verbal and written communications
