Assists the business system owner in defining developments and the associated acceptance criteriaParticipates in Functional Specification preparation. Models the "as-is" and "to-be" business processes, the expected system interactions. Models the data requirements or work with the appropriate people to ensure that the data will support the new solution. Designs master data management process in their domain.Defines the scope and schedule, contributes, coordinates, manages and supervises the testing activity (integration and user acceptance tests), in terms of composing and performing test scenarios, recording the results and defects, manages and supervises the corrections and accepts the results.Identifies change management impacts, create plans for and carry out the change management activities.Manages handover to business and participates in modification of the relevant service catalogue item.Manages, reviews and approves the training materials and provides quality assurance.
