- Pro-active; disciplined, detailer, strong time-management,
- A well-organized, standalone individual with strong planning and coordination capabilities, attention to details, and quality standards,
- Strong communication skills and, Proficiency of English, Turkish and Russian languages,
- Basic proficiency of MS Excel and ability to do basic financial reporting.
- Overseeing car fleet, by engaging relevant professional/service personnel,
- Coordinating and overseeing external personnel operations,
- Planning and requesting team engagement for shifts,
- Handling payments, operating expenses, and conducting relevant financial reporting and budget planning,
- Quality control of external personnel, including keeping track of teams days worked, level of service, etc.
- Working with Family Office to oversee visits overall preparation and organization,
- If required, working with Concierge team to make relevant arrangement and/or bookings for the visits (e.g., restaurants, events, etc.).
