Wyser is an international search & selection company present in 3-continents.We are looking for an Administrative Affairs Coordinator (Remote) who meets the following qualifications and actively uses Russian, English, and Turkish for our industry-leading business partner:Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in related fields
  • Pro-active; disciplined, detailer, strong time-management,
  • A well-organized, standalone individual with strong planning and coordination capabilities, attention to details, and quality standards,
  • Strong communication skills and, Proficiency of English, Turkish and Russian languages,
  • Basic proficiency of MS Excel and ability to do basic financial reporting.
Job Description
  • Overseeing car fleet, by engaging relevant professional/service personnel,
  • Coordinating and overseeing external personnel operations,
  • Planning and requesting team engagement for shifts,
  • Handling payments, operating expenses, and conducting relevant financial reporting and budget planning,
  • Quality control of external personnel, including keeping track of teams days worked, level of service, etc.
  • Working with Family Office to oversee visits overall preparation and organization,
  • If required, working with Concierge team to make relevant arrangement and/or bookings for the visits (e.g., restaurants, events, etc.).
