- Identify and implement Finance processes improvement initiatives
- Act as point of contact for TSS to support implementation of Finance Systems (primarily Oracle Fusion)
- Implementing best practices for Finance processes
- Ensuring smooth delivery of Changes and reducing Time to Market
- Driving Finance processes standardization initiatives across the Group
- Understanding the needs of internal and external stakeholders
- Creating a positive business relationship with business stakeholders
- Ensuring on-time project deliveries
- To become security and privacy champion for Finance Systems Squad
- Managing ad hoc projects and tasks as and when required
- Flawless execution of assigned tasks and its milestones as per the timelines, quality, and budget
- Helping project managers to run projects as per defined project methodology
- Chartered Accountant / ACCA Member / FCMA, Master’s degree in Business Administration / Finance / Accounting
- ITIL / Six Sigma / Oracle certification
- 5-8 years of experience in relevant fields – preferably finance systems implementations
- Experience in implementation and support of Oracle Financials
- Knowledge of Oracle Financials, Supply chain and Projects module
- Relevant certification/subject to experience in the tool and technology
- Hands-on knowledge/work experience on Oracle Fusion Cloud / Other ERP solutions
- Fundamental knowledge and experience in design and analysis of business processes and systems plus a good mastery of lean and standardization concepts and tools
- Have worked in Big4 consulting firms
- Strong business acumen, emotional intelligence, and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
- Strong organizational, change management and execution skills, along with a demonstrated ability to prioritize and drive multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, capable of influencing at all levels
- Customer service focus, able to build strong relationships across the organization
- Strong diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple business and technology transformation projects
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence
- Build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus and achieve objectives
- Successfully delivered global projects while working with cross functional teams and geographically dispersed team
- Strong experience presenting to executive sponsors and demonstrated communication skills, both written and oral with technical and non-technical staff, all levels of management
- Experience influencing and gaining buy-in from executive’s sponsors, team members, stakeholders, and peers.
- Excellent track record with regards to collaboration, facilitation, and documentation
- Ability to work in a diverse environment.
- Able to travel
- Expand and develop expertise in areas of Oracle ERP cloud together with Record to Report, Source to Pay and Order to Cash exposure in Global environment.
