- Prepare accurate and competitive quotes for LTL, truckload, and small package services based on customer requirements.
- Negotiate rates and terms with clients to close deals while maintaining profitability.
- Document all quotes and negotiation details in Zoho CRM for transparency and reference.
- Onboard new clients by coordinating the setup of their accounts in the company’s systems.
- Provide initial training or guidance to customers on using brokerage services and processes.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and clients to address questions, resolve issues, and upsell additional services.REQUISITOS MÍNIMOSWhat would help you succeed :- Believe and love what you do.

- Recursive and decisive.Minimum requirements :- Studies : High School Degree is required . Having a Bachelor's degree is not required but is a plus, desirable studies in International Business, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Finances, Logistics or any other career-related.
- Experience : Experience in Logistics is required. At least 2-3 years of experience in freight brokerage or transportation sales, cold calling, lead generation, logistics or related. Familiarity with Zoho CRM or similar CRM platforms
- Language : Advanced English skills. B2+, C1.Perks :- Schedule : Monday to Friday from 7 : 00 am to 4 : 00 pm. We work by the American calendar.
- Contract : Indefinite term contract.
- Places : Remote Colombia.
