- Develop and manage relationships with key accounts in Chile, driving sales growth for the assigned product lines,
- Identify market opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate and expand customer base,
- Conduct market analysis to stay informed of customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape,
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless execution of sales initiatives and customer support,
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and reports to communicate value propositions effectively,
- Manage the sales pipeline and forecast revenue accurately,
- Participate in trade shows and industry events to represent Vinmar and engage with potential customers;
- Align sales strategies with the overall business objectives of Vinmar International.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, or related field,
- 3-5 years of sales experience in the chemical industry, preferably within the Chilean market,
- Proficient in English, with strong communication skills; additional Spanish language skills are preferred,
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain customer relationships,
- Strong negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset,
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software,
- Willingness to travel within Chile as needed.
