As we continue to expand our footprint, we are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Chile.Position Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage relationships with key accounts in Chile, driving sales growth for the assigned product lines,
  • Identify market opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate and expand customer base,
  • Conduct market analysis to stay informed of customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape,
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless execution of sales initiatives and customer support,
  • Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and reports to communicate value propositions effectively,
  • Manage the sales pipeline and forecast revenue accurately,
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events to represent Vinmar and engage with potential customers;
  • Align sales strategies with the overall business objectives of Vinmar International.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, or related field,
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in the chemical industry, preferably within the Chilean market,
  • Proficient in English, with strong communication skills; additional Spanish language skills are preferred,
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain customer relationships,
  • Strong negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset,
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software,
  • Willingness to travel within Chile as needed.
