Join the team at a leading Car Rental Company as a dynamic and reliable team member. Your role will include managing bookings, upselling, maintaining client relationships, handling administrative tasks, and generating reports. This position requires attention to detail and a high level of professionalism while providing impeccable customer service. A background in car rental, hospitality or similar call centre is necessary for this role. If you're enthusiastic and responsible, we'd love to hear from you.Working hours are Monday to Friday 16h00 to 22h00, and Saturdays and Sundays 12h00 to 22h00 (Sundays are rotational) You also get every 2nd Friday and Saturday off.Job RequirementsMatric CertificateA valid Drivers LicenseAt least 2 years of call centre experience in Car Rental, Travel, Hospitality or similar environmentExcellent planning and administration skillsExcellent command of the English Language (First or Second Language)Good computer skills (Excel)Contactable referencesStable work historyYou will need the following documents to apply.
