The Central Support team is searching for a Credit Controller to join our business located in Merebank, KZN.Reporting to the Credit Control Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for risk assessments, receipt processing and monitoring of customer accounts. Profile Requirements:Grade 12 (including Accounting)Diploma/Degree in Accounting or equivalentComputer Literacy including MS Office Experience:5 years relevant credit controller experience within a similar roleSAP experienceManufacturing corporate experience would be advantageous Key Performance Areas:Assessment of risk for new applications and re-instatements including liaison with credit bureaux and insurance companyMaintenance of SAP customer master recordsDaily processing and allocation of receipts including cashflow forecastingConstant monitoring and follow up on due and overdue accountsCredit limit upliftment decisions in line with established limits of authorityRegular liaison and support with both internal and external customersContinuous improvement initiatives within the Accounts Receivable DepartmentAny other function required to ensure smooth operation of the DepartmentPerform all duties with strict adherence to the Mondi CreditThis appointment will be made in line with our Employment Equity Plan.The above advert has minimum requirements listed, however Management reserves the right to use additional/relevant information as criteria for short listing.Closing Date16/5/2024
