- Previous experience in a similar position in the hospitality industry is highly recommended
- Excellent communication skills in the English language (read, write and speak)

- Front Office duties, including greeting and checking in of guests and providing information about restaurants, activities and services
- Host and engage with guests in the restaurants, leisure and conferences venues
- Responsible for accurate and efficient accounts and guest billing processes
- Assist in ensuring that the facilities are clean and tidy
- General office duties including filing, e-mailing and telephone duties
- To administer the general petty cash system and float
- Administer reservations of various business units
- Report any maintenance, breakage, or cleanliness issues to the relevant department
- Act as Duty Manager when required
- Upselling all merchandise
- Assistance in food and beverage service
- Setting up buffet, honesty bar, braai and preparing platters, light meals and picnics
- Assist with room checks and managing housekeeping
- Stock control
- Assist with social media
