Responsibilities:Current Trade: Stay abreast of market trends and dynamics, leveraging real-time insights to make informed decisions that optimize our product offerings and drive sales.Post Mortem & Seasonal Strategy: Conduct thorough post-mortem analyses to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement. Develop comprehensive seasonal strategies that align with market trends and customer preferences, ensuring our assortments remain relevant and competitive.Assortment, Booking & Production: Curate compelling assortments that resonate with our target audience, balancing style, quality, and value. Collaborate closely with suppliers to secure bookings and oversee the production process to ensure timely delivery of merchandise.Travel: Immerse yourself in the global marketplace through strategic travel initiatives, attending trade shows, supplier visits, and trend scouting trips.
