As a Brander, the applicant will hold a vital role in the branch sales generation. With such a position, the applicant will be responsible for a variety of products and service offerings. The applicant will be expected to give a friendly prompt service to all customers; to use your own initiative, generating adequate sales leads and committing to a prompt and professional service delivery to our clients at all times.Responsibilities are the following, but not limited to:- Making sure the front office, workspace and branding room are neat and tidy
- Assisting customers with queries and orders promptly
- Taking in customer briefs and preparing artwork for approval
- Ensuring all deadlines and quality standards are met and customers are communicated with regularly through the process
- Operating and maintaining the necessary machinery
- Have a can-do approach and willingness to learn
- Phoning customers and sms on Bulk SMS system for collections
- Ensuring stock is replenished and reordered timeously
- Continually advance your product knowledge and that of other employees
- Understanding and implementing all policies, procedures and quality standards
- Ensuring regular discussions are held with the relevant staff to promote good workflows (daily if necessary) and bring any problems to management’s attention
