- Prospecting New Business:
- Identify, organize, and manage potential new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of inbound and outbound leads through effective utilization of our CRM program.
- Inbound and Outbound New Business Calls:
- Meet weekly call and meeting targets.
- Ensure timely contact with all inbound leads, following the sales onboarding process diligently.
- Implement thorough follow-up processes with potential clients until a decision is reached.
- Onboarding Sales:
- Conduct product demos for potential clients.
- Negotiate product features and fees, ultimately closing deals.
- Confirm client agreements in writing via email and manage the completion process.
- Facilitate the handover of new clients from the Sales Team to the Onboarding Team.
- 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the tech industry with exposure to SaaS (Software as a Service).
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills across phone, writing, and listening channels.
- Strong consultative selling and closing abilities.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for driving business growth.
- Curiosity and understanding of technology and the hospitality industry.
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to build lasting relationships.
- Remote position with the requirement of a car for travel (fuel expenses covered).
