Sales Executive

• Prospecting New Business:

• Identify, organize, and manage potential new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of inbound and outbound leads through effective utilization of our CRM program.
• Inbound and Outbound New Business Calls:

• Meet weekly call and meeting targets.
• Ensure timely contact with all inbound leads, following the sales onboarding process diligently.
• Implement thorough follow-up processes with potential clients until a decision is reached.
• Onboarding Sales:

• Conduct product demos for potential clients.
• Negotiate product features and fees, ultimately closing deals.
• Confirm client agreements in writing via email and manage the completion process.
• Facilitate the handover of new clients from the Sales Team to the Onboarding Team.

• 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the tech industry with exposure to SaaS (Software as a Service).
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills across phone, writing, and listening channels.
• Strong consultative selling and closing abilities.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for driving business growth.
• Curiosity and understanding of technology and the hospitality industry.
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to build lasting relationships.
