Hire Resolve, a leading recruitment agency, is currently seeking a driven and experienced Quality Control/Assurance Manager to join our prestigious client in an exciting opportunity. As a Quality Control/Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality control and assurance across the organization.Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality control/assurance procedures and processes
Monitor and evaluate product quality throughout the manufacturing process
Identify and resolve quality issues and non-conformities
Implement corrective and preventive actions to improve product quality
Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
Train and educate employees on quality control/assurance principles and practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Manage and lead a team of quality control/assurance professionals
Maintain accurate documentation and records of quality control/assurance activities
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Proven experience in quality control/assurance management
Strong knowledge of quality control/assurance principles and practices
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Experience with ISO and other quality management systems
