Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced IT Systems Administrator with expertise in Microsoft Azure technologies, Hyper-V, Exchange, and Active Directory. As an Azure Certified professional with additional proficiency in on-premises infrastructure, you will play a pivotal role in managing our organization's hybrid cloud environment. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation, security, and optimal performance of both cloud-based and on-premises systems. Additionally, you will provide technical support to internal teams and contribute to the design and implementation of IT solutions.Responsibilities:· Administer, monitor, and maintain on-premises systems, including Hyper-V virtualization, Exchange Servers, and Active Directory.· Ensure seamless integration and communication between on-premises and cloud-based systems, enabling a cohesive and efficient hybrid environment.· Implement and maintain robust security measures for Azure, Hyper-V, Exchange, and Active Directory systems, adhering to industry best practices and regulatory requirements.· Develop and execute comprehensive backup and disaster recovery strategies for both cloud and on-premises infrastructure to ensure business continuity.· Identify and resolve technical issues across the Azure, Hyper-V, Exchange, and Active Directory environments promptly, collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed.· Ensure all systems are up to date with the latest patches and updates, minimizing potential vulnerabilities and ensuring optimal performance.· Identify opportunities for automation in Azure workflows and on-premises systems, creating scripts or solutions to streamline routine tasks and improve efficiency.· Create and maintain detailed documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures for easy reference and knowledge sharing.· Provide technical support to end-users and internal teams, addressing their IT-related queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.Attending to support Tickets from on-site and remote UserSkills, Experience & Qualifications required· 3-5 years of experience in the role· CompTIA A+· CompTIA Network· A valid Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate certification is mandatory to showcase proficiency in managing Azure resources and services.· A valid Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification is required to demonstrate advanced knowledge of designing and implementing Azure solutions.· Strong knowledge of Hyper-V virtualization technology, virtual machine management, and virtual network configuration.· Experience in managing and maintaining Exchange Server environments, including mailbox management, email routing, and security.· Proficiency in Active Directory administration, including user and group management, Group Policy, and domain controller management.· Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.· Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey technical concepts and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.· Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, with a willingness to learn and stay updated on the latest Azure and IT infrastructure technologies.· A team player who can work collaboratively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and departments.· Windows server experience· Windows 10 / 11 experience· A good understanding of Wi-Fi Technologies· After-hours on call support on a rotating basis.· The ability to work evenings and weekends for project implementations and emergency support.· Valid drivers license and own transportShould you not receive a response within 10 working days, please consider your application as unsuccessful
