- Lead the planning, delivery, deployment and handover of the technology projects, which includes:
- Project planning and management including governance, status reporting, scope management, schedule management, financial management, quality management, resource management, stakeholder management, vendor management, integration management, risks, issues & dependencies.
- Planning and management of testing and deployment.
- Planning and management of handover to support process.
- Management of disaster recovery planning and setup.
- Partner and build relationships with internal teams, vendors and service providers to enable successful delivery of projects.
- Utilise consistent agile practices across the portfolio to help shift the team from delivering technical outcomes to business value.
- Facilitate SCRUM processes including leading and facilitating SCRUM ceremonies, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives in accordance with SCRUM principles and practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain and prioritise backlogs, help refine user stories and drive standardisation in methodology across the portfolio.
- Assist in uplifting agile delivery and user centric design practices across Infrastructure and Service Management, Technology Services and across the Fund.
- Ensure appropriate and relevant governance structures, policies and processes are followed, and advocate for continuous improvement to these.
- Tertiary qualification in an appropriately aligned field e.g. Finance, Science and/or Technology.
- Relevant certifications in project management such as Prince2, PMP or Agile.
- 8+ years demonstrated experience in IT project and portfolio management, including infrastructure experience.
- Experience delivering complex, technical projects and/or portfolio management in the technology domain across medium to large matrix organisations.
- Proven program management experience including strong skills in delivering initiatives utilising agile techniques.
- Working knowledge of ITIL and other relevant ITSM frameworks.
- Critical thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
