Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of sales representatives for Homeloan and Loan Against Property products.
Set and achieve sales targets through strategic planning and team motivation.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and referral partners.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless sales processes and customer experience.
Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance and market insights.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Proven sales management experience, preferably in financial services.
Deep understanding of Homeloan and LAP products and mortgage market.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Results-driven mindset with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
