- Process invoices, expense claims, and payments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Checking of timesheet and contractor invoices
- Capture of Debtors and Creditors, customer invoicing, purchase orders, supplier invoicing, statements etc
- Various admin duties eg: Sending bulk emails, notifications, announcements, reminders etc etc
- Preparing and updating spreadsheets
- Checking of PO’s on various portals
- Ordering of office stationery
- Following up on invoice payments
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments regarding financial matters.
- Monitor and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Support month-end and year-end financial close processes.
- Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation and information.
- Draw Consultant’s reports from internal ATS Zoho
- Save and retrieve information on Sharepoint
- Proven experience working as a Finance Administrator, Finance Assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in using Xero or similar accounting software is required.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with team members and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word.
