The Debt Collection Call Centre Agent will be responsible for contacting individuals to collect overdue payments and negotiate payment arrangements. Key Responsibilities: -Contacting customers to collect outstanding debts. -Negotiating payment plans and settlement agreements. -Recording accurate notes and details of customer interactions. -Following up on payment arrangements and ensuring compliance. -Providing excellent customer service while resolving payment issues.
