- Manage SHEQ compliance within the Process through effective use of the Toolbox.
- Utilise the Information Management System (IMS) to initiate, investigate and report SHEQ status.
- To hold the responsibility of making ensuring all standard checks for designs for site audit, FVD site, Upgrade sites have passed and are in line with necessary specification and standards.
- Liaise with procurement department for the selection of vendors. Analyse existing structures (poles, truss towers, guyed towers, etc.) for lateral and vertical loads and determine overall capacity of a given structure.
- Develop trusted, reliable & collaborative relationships. Consistently operating to the highest standards of service & delivery.
- Implement repairs as recommended by professional structural engineer.
- Collaborate with professional structural engineer to conduct site inspection on structures.
- Perform structural design and modifications under the guidance of the professional structural engineer.
- Update plant structural and building drawings.
- Develop a detailed project plan that includes timelines, budgets, resources, and risk assessments.
- Coordinate with various teams, including design, manufacturing, construction, and maintenance teams, to ensure project goals are met.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, technical specifications, and management of change.
