LabourTek is currently recruiting for a Technical Trainer to join a hygiene solutions provider in their KwaZulu-Natal team.This role is concerned with conducting on site client and product training and building positive relationships with clients. You will be expected to use your technical background to install equipment on-site as well as offering services, maintenance and repairs. You will be offering excellent customer service by attending to all queries and concerns in a timeous manner. You will further be expected to offer regular reports and up to date documentation.The successful candidate will bring 3-5 years experience in a Technical Service position as well as a Certificate in Electrical and or Mechanical Engineering. Knowledge of technical hygiene systems and equipment will be beneficial. Computer literacy and a valid code 8 licence is essential.This role will be a great fit for a customer oriented technician with excellent communication skills.
