Job Summary We are looking for a Sales Manager for to take over and manage our Sales Team. Will also be in-charge of setting and achieving new sales Targets. In-charge of Sales for Armed Response, Guarding, CCTV Systems, Access Control, Alarms and Electric Fencing. Selling of all forms of electronic security equipment into the commercial sector including residential estates. Males and Females from the Security Industry are welcome The office is in the Northcliff/Weltevreden Park/Fairland area Mon - Fri and some weekend or after hour events/meetings Must have Managerial experience of +/- 4 - 6 yrs Sales experience of +/- 4 - 6 yrs People's Person, Dedicated, Reliable and a Hard worker Must be from the Security Industry or have Security Background/experience Develop and implement a team of sales people Develop and implement a strategic sales and marketing plan Train sales team in product and sales skills Analyse market trends and formulate marketing policies and plans Assist sales staff and customers in closing deals Meet with clients and strengthen relationships with customers Conduct weekly sales training sessions Chairing weekly strategic sales meetings Must have own reliable transport Must not shy away from challenges PSIRA Registered Grade A/B PLEASE DO NO APPLY IF YOU DO NOT MEET THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Salary will be R50 000 pm + 16% MBO Bonus.
