- Monitoring of service delivery by the teams in terms of SLA and managing clientsâ expectations regarding deliverables
- Management of the team responsible for service delivery of the various functions
- Management and co-ordination of team deliverables relating to projects and new client/fund onboarding
- Providing mentorship and motivation to staff and ensuring that appropriate knowledge sharing and skills training are provided
- Aligning the teamsâ strategies and KPIs to that of the broader Fund Services strategy
- Risk Management:
- Managing risk in the teamsâ activities by reviewing processes and ensuring that adequate controls are in place at all times
- Reviewing incidents and corrective actions to ensure continuous improvements through the Apex risk management framework
- Relationship Management:
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with external and internal clients
- Ensuring that an SLA is in place and adhered to
- Working closely with the Client Management teams to ensure clients receive the optimal service levels
- Product Management:
- Assessing opportunities for efficiencies and reduced overhead in existing processes, including new technologies and vendors
- Collaboration with technology and development teams to implement process optimization initiatives
- B.Com or similar tertiary business study and at least 5 yearsâ experience in Asset Management and/or Administration
- Minimum of 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong industry knowledge and experience, specifically within Corporate Actions
- Ability to manage leaders and projects in an agile environment
