Job Summary Our client is in search for preferably a young female, dynamic, very proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant - to our CEO. The candidate must have strong work ethics, excellent interpersonal skills, and good reading, written, and verbal skills. The candidate must be able to understand the day - day dairy of the CEO and prioritise accordingly. The Executive assistant will be the first point of contact to the CEO. Assisting CEO in daily administrative work. Manage CEO's calendar appointments. Investigate finance and expense reports. Prepare memos, agendas, schedules. Compile documents for meetings and understand the details. Organize conferences and events. Manage filing and database systems. Typing and preparing presentations for meetings. Communicate with others on behalf of the CEO. Conducting research on market strategies. Liaising with suppliers, clients, customers, and employees. Completing governance reports. Prepare drafts, reports, proposals, and prospects. Process memberships with other organizations Work on presentations with the use of business tools, including visual details. Manage travel arrangements.
