Job Summary Position Overview: As a Production Supervisor at Paradigm Packaging (Pty) Ltd., you will be a key member of our production team, responsible for leading and coordinating our manufacturing processes. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our production operations run efficiently, safely, and with a focus on maintaining the highest quality standards. • Supervise and provide leadership to the production team, including training, coaching, and performance evaluations. • Develop and manage production schedules to meet operational targets and customer demands. • Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure product excellence. • Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and increased productivity. • Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production-related issues and optimize operations. • Maintain accurate production records and generate reports on key performance indicators. • Control inventory levels to support production schedules and minimize waste. • Participate in budget planning and cost control initiatives. • Maintain facility and equipment through preventative and critical maintenance (breakdowns).
