These encompass preparing detailed bills of quantities, managing tender processes, and collaborating on estimating and pricing. You also review and interpret project drawings, while conducting municipal audits to ensure regulatory compliance. Central to your role is cost analysis and control, monitoring expenditure and identifying variances. You work closely with project teams, contractors, and suppliers to efficiently resolve issues. Your expertise contributes to value engineering efforts, ensuring projects stay on budget and schedule. Staying updated on industry trends and regulations is essential for optimizing project costs while maintaining quality and adherence to standards.Job Experience and Skills Required:
- A Diploma/BTech in a relevant engineering field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the commercial Industry
- Professional Quantity Surveyor (Candidate or Registered)
